Natalie Lonstein, LCPC

Natalie is a Maine based therapist. She approaches therapy from a collaborative and strengths-based perspective. After getting to know you and what makes you who your are, in addition to your background, experiences, and goals for therapy, she pulls from various clinical modalities to help support you where you are. She uses a blend of techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness practices, among others, always tailored to your needs.

After obtaining her clinical degree, she spent many years working with children, youth, and families in a variety of mental health settings. When she became a mother, her perspective of mental health services (among many other things), drastically shifted. She believes that the transition into motherhood and all that it entails physically, emotionally, socially, etc. is truly life-changing and one requiring support in all areas of life; she is here to be a part of your journey. In addition to bringing her professional experience and expertise to therapy, she also brings her own vulnerability with her personal experience as a parent.
