Alyssa Castano-Mann

I'm like anyone else, I've had my share of experiences that have led me to this path and informs my work and beliefs about healing. I have spent my career specializing in modalities for treating trauma because of how impactful trauma healing work can be. I'm thankful to be able to continue to learn and grow as a therapist and am certified in EMDR plus trained in Brainspotting, IFS, and EFT. Outside of work I am a mom to 2 wonderful kids, one who is a heart warrior, have 2 dogs, and love to take walks with my family at the local park. I'm originally from San Antonio Texas and am based in St. Louis Missouri. I always invite clients to ask me questions because I'm a human too, it makes sense you would be curious about the person that you are sharing your thoughts and feelings with.
