To refer a positive screened patient to Mammha just fill out Mammha’s referral form.

We have 24 hours to respond back to a positive screen or straight referral but our average response time is less than 10 minutes.

Patient Updates
Once Mammha receives a referral, Mammha will update the patient caseload tracker. Care teams and providers can review patient progress in the caseload tracker. Mammha can also reach out to providers to let them know there are updates on their patients in the caseload tracker.
